Women I work with often tell me this is the first time their symptoms have actually been explained clearly. This is often the point where things finally start to make sense.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It's a free, 30-minute conversation - no pressure, no obligation. We'll talk through what's been happening for you: your symptoms, what you've already tried and what hasn't been working. I'll explain how the MHC Method™ works and whether it's likely to be a good fit. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of possible next steps and areas to focus on - whether or not we go on to work together.

  • Women navigating perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, early menopause or surgical menopause who want structured, evidence-informed support - not just information. Most women who work with me have already spent months reading, researching and trying things that haven't stuck. They don't need more advice. They need clarity on what applies to them, and a realistic strategy they can actually follow.

  • Evidence-informed lifestyle changes around nutrition, movement, stress management and daily habits can positively influence how you experience menopause symptoms. That's what coaching is built around. I won't promise to eliminate your symptoms - that's not what coaching does. But I can help you understand the lifestyle and health factors that may influence them, and build strategies that give your body the support it needs. Coaching doesn't replace your GP. It works alongside medical care.

  • It's an evidence-based menopause coaching practice - built around helping women better understand the changes happening during perimenopause and menopause, and develop strategies that work in real life. Not generic advice. Not a program you buy and put on a shelf. Personalised, structured support built around your physiology, your symptoms, and the life you're actually living.

  • No. I'm a Health and Nutrition Coach registered with UKIHCA - not a doctor or prescriber. I don't prescribe MHT/HRT, supplements or medication and I don't replace your GP. What I do is help you feel informed, prepared and confident when those conversations happen with your healthcare team.

  • Yes - and this requires a specific approach in menopause. GLP-1 medications work powerfully, but the combination of significant appetite suppression and the muscle loss already accelerated by menopause & ageing means you need to be strategic about protein, strength training and the transition off. I support women who are currently using GLP-1s, considering them, or working on maintaining their results after stopping.

  • Yes. I work with organisations to build menopause-aware workplaces that support employees and equip managers to respond appropriately and confidently.

    This includes:

    • Manager training on how to support direct reports experiencing menopause symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue, anxiety and sleep disruption

    • Guidance on having supportive, psychologically safe conversations in line with workplace wellbeing best practice and UK employment equality principles

    • Awareness sessions for teams to reduce stigma and improve understanding across the organisation

    • Early-stage consultative support for HR and leadership teams developing menopause workplace approaches and policies

The focus is on helping managers feel confident supporting their teams in a way that is practical, compassionate, and aligned with organisational wellbeing and legal duty-of-care expectations.

If you’d like to explore workplace support, please use the enquiry form on this page and I’ll come back to you directly.

  • Most support women find during menopause treats symptoms individually - a sleep tip here, a nutrition change there. What's missing is the bigger picture: how those symptoms connect and why addressing one in isolation rarely creates lasting change.

My approach works with five areas simultaneously - nutrition and lifestyle factors that support hormonal and overall health, strength and resistance training, sustainable habit change, and stress and sleep regulation. These aren't arbitrary categories. They reflect the key areas of health and lifestyle that often change during perimenopause and menopause and that influence how you feel day to day.

I call this the MHC Method™ - not because it's a clinical protocol but because having a clear, structured framework means we're not guessing. We know where to start, how to prioritise and how to adapt as things change. The strategies are evidence-informed.

The implementation is built around your life.

Still unsure? Book your free menopause clarity call and let’s talk it through.
