The Menopause Health Coach uses Acuity Scheduling to manage bookings, session schedules, and client information. By booking a session, you consent to your personal data - including name, email address and appointment details - being collected, processed and stored by Acuity. Acuity is a third-party data processor that operates under GDPR-compliant policies and implements appropriate safeguards for data security. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

When participating in virtual sessions or communications, your name, email address, contact details and session participation information may be processed through these platforms for the purpose of providing coaching services.

These providers act as independent data controllers or data processors and apply their own privacy policies and security safeguards. The Menopause Health Coach shares only the minimum information necessary to deliver services and does not record sessions unless explicitly agreed in advance.
