What Menopause Essentials is

Menopause Essentials is a self-paced, evidence-informed online programme that helps you understand what is happening during perimenopause and menopause and how to turn that understanding into practical, sustainable change in everyday life.

Built around the five areas of the MHC Method™, it includes five modules, around fifteen short videos and practical tools that you can work through in your own time. Together, they provide a structured framework for both understanding your symptoms and taking meaningful action across nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and behaviour change.

Most menopause education stops at explanation. The harder part is knowing what to actually do with that information - and how to make it stick in real life. Menopause Essentials is designed to bridge that gap by combining clear education with practical implementation.

It is designed to complement, not replace, medical care and can sit alongside any treatment or support you are already receiving.

For some people, Menopause Essentials provides all the structure and guidance they need. Others use it as a foundation before moving into one-to-one coaching for more personalised support. Both pathways are valid - the programme is designed to meet you wherever you are and help you move forward from there.

My clients who come to me for coaching usually arrive well-informed. What most of them are missing isn't more information, it's a coherent framework

My clients who come to me for coaching usually arrive well-informed. They've read widely, listened to podcasts and genuinely understand a great deal about menopause.

What most of them are missing isn't more information. It's a coherent framework - something that explains how nutrition, movement, sleep, stress and habit change connect to each other, and to how they feel day to day.

That's what Menopause Essentials is. The same evidence-informed foundation I use in coaching, structured into a programme you can work through in your own time.

Plus bonus lessons and resources

Menopause doesn't affect every woman in the same way. That's why Menopause Essentials also includes bonus lessons and resources covering topics that many women ask about. Alongside the five core modules, you'll also receive:

  • Bonus Lesson: GLP-1 Medications & Menopause - how medications such as Mounjaro and Wegovy fit alongside nutrition, strength training and long-term health.

  • Bonus Lesson: Menopause at Work - practical strategies to help you manage symptoms, conversations and confidence in the workplace.

  • Real Coaching Case Study - follow one client's journey to see how small, sustainable changes can build into meaningful long-term progress.

Why women choose
Menopause Essentials

You don't need to be ready for one-to-one coaching to make meaningful progress.

Many women want somewhere trustworthy to begin. Others already understand a great deal about menopause but want a clearer framework that pulls everything together. Some complete the programme and continue independently. Others go on to book a consultation or explore coaching when they want more personalised support.

Menopause Essentials gives you the opportunity to build that foundation in your own time, revisit it whenever it's useful, and decide what comes next - if anything - from a much more informed position.

No pressure. No fixed timeline. No one telling you what you should be ready for.

This is for you if…

  • You want to understand what is happening in your body during perimenopause or menopause

  • You’re looking for clear, evidence-informed guidance without overwhelm or extremes

  • You want practical tools you can apply to nutrition, movement, sleep and stress

  • You’re ready to make changes, even if you’re not sure where to start

  • You prefer learning at your own pace, in your own time

  • You want a structured approach that helps you turn information into action

This is not for you if…

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or overnight results

  • You want personalised 1:1 coaching or ongoing individual support included

  • You’re not in a place where you’re ready to make any changes right now

  • You’re expecting medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or prescription guidance

  • You want a highly restrictive diet plan or rigid rules to follow

How the Programme Works

Menopause Essentials is self-paced - there are no live sessions, no fixed schedule and no requirement to keep up with anyone else.

The five modules are designed to be worked through in order, though you can return to individual sections at any point. The videos are short and practical, designed for real life rather than long uninterrupted stretches of screen time.
