My name is Phillipa Jacobs-Smith, and my journey into menopause health coaching started when I experienced this shift myself.
This wasn’t just a personal experience - it changed how I work.
I had spent years in health and fitness.
I understood training. Nutrition. Consistency.
So when things started to shift in my 40s - energy, strength, body composition - it didn’t make sense.
I was doing what had always worked.
But it wasn’t working anymore
That’s when I realised the problem wasn’t effort
It was that the rules had changed.
And no one had clearly explained:
what was happening
what needed to change
or how to apply that in real life
This is what I now see in almost every woman I work with.
