Evidence-Based Menopause Coaching for Women 40+ - Reduce Brain Fog, Regain Energy and Take Control of Your Changing Body

You’re doing everything right - eating well, exercising, trying to stay on top of it - and your body still isn’t responding the way it used to.

This isn’t a lack of effort. It’s a lack of clarity on what’s actually changing - and what your body needs now.

This is why nothing seems to work anymore

The Menopause Action Gap™

Most women don't struggle because they don't know enough. They struggle because there's a gap between knowing what to do and being able to apply it consistently in real life.

That gap is where progress stalls. That's where symptoms persist. And that's exactly what coaching is designed to solve.

For women 40+ navigating perimenopause or menopause who feel stuck, frustrated, and unsure what to do next.

Not sure where to start? Start here.

Find out what's actually happening - and what to do next.

Struggling with symptoms that don’t seem to make sense?

Struggling with menopause weight gain, low energy, brain fog, or unpredictable symptoms - even though you’re doing everything “right”?

You’ve read the articles.

Listened to the podcasts.

Tried the supplements.

Maybe even used Mounjaro or Ozempic and now you’re facing the question no one really prepares you for: what happens next.

Knowing what to do and being able to do it during perimenopause and menopause are two very different things.

This is the Menopause Action Gap™ - and it’s where most women get stuck.

And it’s exactly where coaching helps.

As a certified Nutrition & Menopause Health Coach, I help women bridge that gap - without restrictive diets or exhausting workouts.

This is about applying evidence that actually works in your life.

Closing the Menopause Action Gap™ - Real Client Experiences

Phillipa Jacobs-Smith, the Menopause Health Coach, working on a laptop with tulips on her desk.

There are two ways to close the Menopause Action Gap™ - depending on how much support you need.

Option 1: Get Clarity Quickly

60 or 90-minute sessions for immediate, practical guidance on perimenopause, postmenopause or transitioning off GLP-1 medications like Mounjaro.

Walk away with a clear understanding of what's happening in your body and concrete next steps - tailored to you, not a generic protocol.

Option 2: Build Lasting Change

My signature Fuel and Live Well and Fuel and Move Well programmes help you build sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management.

This isn't about perfection. It's about creating strategies that work with your body through this transition and actually stick.

Ideal if you're ready to move from "I know" to "I'm doing."

Corporate + Community Menopause Workshops

I deliver engaging corporate and community workshops offering menopause health support raising awareness, sharing evidence-based education and providing practical solutions for participants.

Corporate Menopause Action Planning Support

I deliver menopause awareness workshops and help organisations develop practical Menopause Action Plans ahead of the April 2027 Employment Rights Act deadline.

For organisations ready to:

  • Improve employee wellbeing and retention

  • Create genuine work-life balance (not just policy statements)

I help you move from awareness to action.

Nice to meet you

I know what it feels like when your body stops responding the way it used to.

My name is Phillipa Jacobs-Smith and my journey to becoming a menopause health coach has been deeply personal.

In my younger years, I was a competitive middle-distance athlete. Exercise felt natural to me; I thrived on it and my body responded effortlessly. But as I got older, things started to change. By the time I reached my 40s, I was confronted with a new reality: shifts in my body composition, a visible loss of strength and feelings that didn’t align with how I had always viewed myself. These changes led me to study menopause and midlife health. I believe every woman deserves to understand her own body so she can make informed, empowered choices for her health.
